Tracy

uphold a very professional attitude and style for all venues.

20, Three Doors Down and more…
I picked
up a guitar at the tender age of 3. My father, my motivator
for acoustic guitar, impressed upon me the twanging sounds of
Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams, Sr. I can
vividly remember my father strumming his guitar and singing
the words to “Salty Dog” by Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs - as
I sat so intently hanging on his every word trying to remember
them as I strummed on my guitar along with him. When I was 4,
I finally had mastered the lyrics and rhythms to the old time
favorite. Dad produced a reel-to-reel recording of the
‘remade masterpiece’ - my very first cover tune ‘release’.
As time
moved me into my early teen years, my unconscious desire for
music thickened, inspired by some of the world's top rock bands
– Kiss and Foreigner. Def Leppard, Judas Priest and Ozzy
Osbourne were some of the few icons who walked with me through
those years of exploring to find out who is Tracy Kinard. I
remember feeling an unquenchable desire to be part of a rock
band that would have a tasteful diversity in music that I had
acquired over the years. |
